Kerry Lechert, Agent
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Kerry's journey into real estate began when she was an Uber driver in Boston, and found herself frequently chauffeuring real estate agents to and from showings. Intrigued by the energy and pace of the industry, she took the leap! Kerry became an agent in 2021 and hasn't looked back since. She loves helping clients discover new neighborhoods and find spaces that truly fit their needs.

When she's not showing homes, Kerry enjoys shopping around the Prudential Center, visiting the harbor and aquarium, or taking her daughter to the Franklin Park Zoo. She's also a fan of live concerts and exploring everything Greater Boston has to offer.

David Virr, Agent
Originally from New Hampshire, David moved to Boston for college and never left — and with good reason. Over the years, he's called neighborhoods like Somerville, Cambridge, Mission Hill, Allston, Brighton, and Coolidge Corner home. That personal experience gives him deep insight into the city's ever-changing real estate landscape and a strong connection to its people.
Outside of real estate, you can catch David at Boston's many music and film festivals — from Porchfest to Boston Calling — or unwinding at The Druid in Inman Square, Delux Café in the South End, or Brookline Booksmith.
